At Jersey Empire, we’re committed to making sure every customer loves their mystery shirt. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order:

✅ Authenticity Guarantee

All our shirts are inspected and guaranteed to be 100% authentic. In the unlikely event that a shirt is found to be counterfeit, we will issue a full refund straight away.

⚽ Shirt Condition (Grades A, B & C)

Because we sell second-hand and vintage shirts, we grade them honestly:

• Grade A: Excellent condition, minimal to no signs of wear.

• Grade B: Good condition, may show light signs of wear.

• Grade C: Fair condition, clear signs of wear but still wearable.

Refunds or exchanges are not available for condition grading, as this is stated clearly before purchase.

📏 Sizing Issues

We cannot guarantee fit, as football shirt sizing can vary by brand and season. For this reason, returns based on sizing or personal preference are not accepted.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
